After learning about the four communication technologies Google Docs, canvas, dropbox, and Outlook all of these platforms have individual roles in certain areas when it comes to business and communication. One of the communication technologies listed above that I would recommend for organizational/group information sharing is Google Docs. I recommend this platform because of its features that make group sharing easier and more efficient. You are able to work and edit documents from anywhere also by using multiple devices. Lastly, you are able to see other group members' added information in real-time and see who is present. For business/organization, a type of communication technology I would recommend would be Dropbox for multiple reasons. Dropbox is a platform for many businesses and individuals to collaborate on different digital files from anywhere and on any device. It's a more efficient way to organize a variety of files stored in one space. Each platform plays an important role, just matters which one fits an individual's needs.
